Northern Beaches Property Market update

The property market in the Northern Beaches has been holding up quite well.
Prices in the higher bracket have come back slightly eg 22 Dickson Pl Warriewood first advertised 15 Mar 2009 for $1,150,000 is on the market now for $1,095,000
New listings are however in short supply and respected agents have to compete for listings.
The rental portfolio i.e. properties available for rent –especially in the higher priced rentals seems to be growing and this situation should keep the price of renting stable
Houses in the first time home owner bracket have sold extremely well and are in short supply
