1. Dont eat pre-packaged meals and fast food
2. Don't eat anything with preservatives.
3. When shopping, stick to the edges of the supermarket, where"real food" (that is, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy and grains) tends to displayed
4. Don't eat anything that won't eventually rot.
5. Eat until you are four-fifths full.
6. Eat at regular times
7.Drink water regularly but not during meals
